Can I get 500 backlinks in 7 days? Here is my results...

By now, you should see my progress for the past 6 days.

I only manage to gather 328 backlinks... my target is 500 backlinks though..







Do you think I can made it to 500 backlink?

Do you think I am building the links too fast?

Do you think yahoo backlinks can be considered as "valid backlinks"?

Yes you can do this...but you must have to expend extra hours in this project ....just do work hard result will make it's own....

I am also interested in the methods you are using to gather backlinks.

It will be interesting to know how you achieve these many backlinks in just seven days.

2 months ago I used to test the same thing as you, too see if I was able to get 500 backlinks to my site in just 1 week.



Of-course I did, I had about 850 backlinks according to Yahoo Site Explorer, only after 1 week... but keep in mind that Yahoo Site explorer shows no-follow backlinks as well !



For the link building I used only methods that are listed here :

You can definatly get 500 backlinks in 7 days and it is not to fast. That is less than 100 daily, I usually shoot for under 1000 daily of course the way I build my links they will not all show up at the same time.

I think you build backlinks fast, but not too fast, keep it up

I build over 500 in a week with forum posts, comments, questions and answer sites, and some directories. Keep them spread out and you will be fine. All of my sites have page 1 Google listing.

I agree but I have been avoiding directories and using more of the other methods.



Directories make little difference IMO nowadays.

how about hiring me for this ??

So you make about ranking high whiile you actually dont know how to do it.

And about link building u can read the post from my signature. Im not selling you it, but the description of service may give you more understanding on links.

Good results...but, what phrases are you ranked for? Are these 328 links from do-follow or nofollow?

How does this affect you in Google? And is this for a brand new site or old { I am thinking of the dreaded sandbox}?

.. hey man... if your domain is old enough say for 3 year old then... you can do it...

reading your site it seems you are trying to get 500 links from wordpress



so what are doing posting a lot of comments, if so I think it maybe hard to reach your goal but if you spend all day doing nothing but making comments then I think you may be able to reach it.



and you have a better chance of reaching that goal if you can get someone to help you

There are few things to clarify as I disclose my final result:



1. I am doing the test to see how fast I can gather backlinks in 7 day.

2. The test page is hosted free on Google page.

3. It is a single page, posted a random article taken from Ezine Article written in 2006.

4. I used Yahoo Site Explorer to track backlinks (so these links can be dofollow and nofollow).

5. The whole backlinks process can be summarized as

a) Finding related wordpress s

b) Leave comments to gather backlinks

6. The step (5) took about 20 minutes during day 1 and I have not done anything else for the rest of the week on this site.



Fair enough, 20 minutes work, I only able to achieve 349 links by Day 7.

(But the backlinks still continue to grow.....)

@alabuba, @gabbar77: I am not using my as test page. Sad to know, Google only recognizes 3 links to my and still gave me a PR 1 for that.



@tikky1234: I am aiming at mostly at dofollow wordpress s, but some of the s are nofollow too.



@googlepwner: I made my discussing how to rank high. I believe there are always room for me to grow my techniques, thanks for your comment. However, if I were you and want to sell my service, my tone will be more subtle to my potential client. (Calling yourself as googlepwner will not make yourself know how Google works either)



@menitto: You have a very huge site. Noted for that particular page you posted, if you are using Yahoo Site Explorer | show Inlinks: Except from this domain, you are only getting 370+ links but not as much as 850+ links. Again, thanks for sharing your tips.
